Jack LaLanne, an American fitness and nutrition guru, used this expression, “Most people in the United States work at dying when we need to be working at living.”
BF Farms has some 700 regular customers, many of whom have shared amazing stories with Jayne and me about “working at living”.
These stories and experiences need to be shared with all of you – and this is just what we’re doing! A private Facebook Group has been formed for customers only to share and learn from one another.
