To reserve a Half-Beef, place your deposit below. Half-Beef options are available for August of 2026.

Your Half-Beef will be custom cut to your preference. The processor will walk you through your cut sheet over the phone.

Options for cuts will include:

Ground Beef, Steaks, Roasts, Stew/Kabob meat, Cube Steak, Fajita Meat, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Patties, and more! Other options include Organs, Bones, Kidney Fat and Brisket.

The price is $5.40 per pound on the hanging weight, plus processing. Your deposit will be subtracted from the hanging weight. Pick up at our processor near Guthrie. You will pay processing when you pick up your beef.
