To reserve a half-beef, place your deposit below. Half beef options are sold out until March.

Your half beef will be custom cut to your preference. The processor will guide you through this process.

Options for cuts will include: steaks, ground beef, roasts, stew/kabob meat, cubed steak, and bones with stew meat. Other options include organs, bones, kidney fat and a brisket.

The price is $5.40 per lb. hanging weight, plus processing.
