To reserve a whole beef, place your deposit below. Whole beef options are sold out until March.

Your whole beef will be custom cut to your preference. The processor will guide you through this process.

Options for cuts will include: steaks, ground beef, roasts, stew/kabob meat, cubed steak, and bones with stew meat. Other options include organs, bones, kidney fat and briskets.

The price is $5.35 per lb. hanging weight, plus processing.
