To reserve a Half-Beef, place your deposit below. Half-Beef options are available for July of 2026.

Your Half-Beef will be custom cut to your preference. The processor will walk you through your cut sheet over the phone.

Options for cuts will include:

Ground Beef, Steaks, Roasts, Stew/Kabob meat, Cube Steak, Fajita Meat, Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Patties, and more! Other options include Organs, Bones, Kidney Fat and Brisket.

The price is $5.40 per pound on the hanging weight, plus processing. Your deposit will be subtracted from the hanging weight.
